Free Estimates Are Not a Contract

Submitting the estimate request form, calling, or emailing us starts a conversation, it does not create a binding agreement for work. Scope of work, pricing, materials, and timeline are only final once we’ve visited the property (when needed) and both parties sign a written proposal or contract.

Accuracy of Information You Provide

When you request an estimate, please give us accurate contact and property information. We rely on it to reach you and prepare a proposal, and delays or errors in reaching you may result from inaccurate details.

Intellectual Property

The South Florida Fabrication & Fencing name, logo, and the photos and written content on this site are our property (or used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.
